From July 22 to 24, our council and the Middle East International Exhibition Groups (MIE) hosted the Megawatt Africa 2026 in Kenya. Chairman Wang Shanhua attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition and delivered a speech. This exhibition gathered over 100 participating enterprises from around the world, with a total exhibition area exceeding 10,000 square meters.

A delegation of 20 green equipment companies from Jiangsu set up a special exhibition area titled “Jiangsu Brand Products Silk Road” showcasing smart power distribution, new energy storage, and complete water treatment systems. They held business discussions with more than 1,800 clients and reached preliminary cooperation agreements totaling over $30 million. Our council set a special Intellectual Property and Legal Services Station up on-site and provided services to exhibiting companies on more than 400 occasions. During the exhibition, our council collaborated with various organizers to conduct targeted one-on-one B2B matchmaking sessions, organizing more than 100 specialized networking events. Attendees included buyers from Kenya and other East African Community member states, such as Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda.
