On the morning of November 22, the 14th China (Jiangsu) Enterprises Outbound Investment Conference was held in Changzhou. It was co-organized by the provincial Department of Commerce, Changzhou Municipal Government and our council. Chairman Yin Jianqing of our council, Deputy Director-General Sun Jin of the provincial Department of Commerce and Deputy Mayor Huan Heng of Changzhou addressed the conference. Vice Chairman Cong Sufeng of our council attended the conference.

With the theme “strengthen compliance management to improve the internationalization level of companies”, the conference aimed to help Jiangsu enterprises improve their compliance operation and risk response capabilities by studying and judging the new trend of international economic and trade development. It also provided guidance for enterprises to overcome the impact of the epidemic and maintain the smooth, stable, healthy, strong and sustainable development of the industrial chain supply chain.

The conference was held both online and offline. It invited more than 160 well-known experts in global business compliance and risk prevention, heads of relevant trade and investment promotion institutions, representatives of overseas business associations, representatives of professional institutions providing “going global” services, heads of Jiangsu’s overseas economic and trade cooperation zones, and representatives of Commerce system, CCPIT system, and "going global" enterprises offline as well as more than 800000 online audiences.
