On the morning of November 12th, the 1st Huaihai Talent Summit was opened in Xuzhou. Chairman Yin Jianqing of our council was invited to inaugurate the innovative platforms above the provincial level and witness the signing ceremony of Hehai university and Xuzhou Government cooperation framework.

The Huaihai Talent Innovation and Development Institute was inaugurated and the Pengcheng Talent Financial Support Program was launched at the summit. 12 talent enterprises with sales revenue exceeding RMB 20 million for the first time in 2021 were granted secondary subsidies of RMB 1 million to RMB 3 million. Talent bonuses were also distributed to the Xuzhou-native winners of the Staff Division of the 6th Jiangsu Skills Competition.
