The 13th China-Northeast Asia (CNEA) Expo, co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the People's Government of Jilin Province, held its opening ceremony in Changchun. Themed with "Join Hands with Northeast Asian Countries for New Development", the five-day expo has set up 7 pavilions” and covers 70 thousand square meters.

During the expo, Yin Jianqing attended the 2021 Northeast Asia Business Cooperation Forum and the 3rd China-Northeast Asia Expo Legal Forum, launched the four-language (Japanese, Korean, Mongolian, and Russian) hotline of CCPIT Cross-border Trade and Investment Law Service (CTILS) and inspected China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone.
